I thought I'd start a thread of what we might think the new coaching staff sets as priorities. I'll start with what I think is what needs to happen (more than likely JL) in order of importance.
1. Restore the winning culture, one of accountability and toughness (much like BA had). ARTICULATE the vision of the program.
2. Overhaul the entire offensive system and make SERIOUS changes on the coaching staff.
3. Put some serious money into the recruiting department
4. Lock down the state of Wisconsin. An absolute must, especially with the talent coming up.
5. Hire only coaches that are really good coaches AND will recruit 24/7.
6. Utilize NIL to it's fullest extent.
7. Address the DC position....who handles that?
8. Address special teams.
Seems to be a good start....thoughts?
