You may or may not be privy to this or you may not be at liberty to disclose....but I have a question.
Obviously, there is a certain finite pool of money for NIL....do you know the strategy they are using to dole it out? The reason I ask is that we've had a lot of very good DL in the OV's and none of them have popped. Have they prioritized other positions and DL is not at the top of the list or is the going rate something we can't compete with? Just thinking Scruggs would be a phenomenal recruiter and am wondering if there are roadblocks.
