Spoke with Jameson’s dad who couldn’t have been more positive about the visit to Madison yesterday.
“Wisconsin visit went great. Spent whole day at Spring practice and meetings with coaches, academics, nutrition and strength,” his dad said.
“Coach Luke Fickell and QB Coach Kenny Guiton spent a lot of time with Jameson to understand his development, their offense system, their culture and leadership. We both came away impressed. Jameson really liked the football facilities and campus and downtown Madison. It is a true college town. Jameson sees himself fitting into Wisconsin Pro Style offense very nicely. Wisconsin business school is highly rated so that is a big one as well. Jameson wants to get a Business degree.”
Purcell told me he believes Fickell will be great at Wisconsin. The family will head to UNC, Northwestern, Indiana, Nebraska and Florida next.
