I find it interesting that Rucci transfers to Penn State and was named yesterday to the Associated Press’ college football championship playoff team. How is it possible that he wasn’t good enough to play at UW when the current UW LT so significantly underperformed? Is UW committed to playing kids from Wisconsin over the best player?
