Can somebody explain to me how the whistle blows the play dead, Wiscosin then recovers the fumble a few seconds later after the ball rolls five yards, and after the review Wisconsin is given the ball? Players have to continue to play after the whistle?? I think the whistle blew multiple times too. That makes no sense.
