Orlando (Fla.) Oakridge defensive back North Carolina, but he's put the two schools at the top of his list despite not being able to visit either program. He said he plans on changing that this summer, with trips to both programs on the agenda. Burch will take a bus tour along with several of his 7-on-7 teammates and said he expects plenty of schools to add to his offer list on the journey as well.
