At this point im obviously still very excited that we are going to be in the tourney. However, I think the best scenerio to shoot for may be a 6 seed in the west.
Obviously an 8 or 9 seed would make it so we likely play at #1 the second game we play. In some predictions they have that down as Oklahoma in the same region as us. Already played them, they have one of the top 2 players in the country on their team, not good.
On ESPN however, one mock tournament has us as a 6 seed. This, according to this mock bracket, would pair us against Uconn or St. Bon. the first round, then possibly West Virginia in the second round. If we were to win that they have us playing Wichita State or Oregon in the 3rd round.
Now I know a lot will change before then, just seeing if anyone has any predictions on what seed we get or who we would want to go up against.
