of a certain political bent living there.Kid never should have been incarcerated and they let him leave on work release. It's a one year sentence and if he RAPED somebody how could that be the punishment, except that he's a victim because there was an agenda. Kid is only 18 years old.

""Dominic Cizauskas is finishing his sentence in Walworth County after getting caught using social media, which was a violation of his supervision while serving time at the Waukesha County Huber Jail.

Cizauskas was sentenced to one year of work-release jail and three years' probation in August, after being convicted of third-degree sexual assault in June, for an incident that occurred on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus on Dec. 14, 2013.

Cizauskas, a 2014 Mukwonago High School graduate and former Wisconsin Badger football recruit, visited the campus for an official recruiting trip where he assaulted a woman in a dorm room.

While Cizauskas was convicted in Dane County, Judge Daniel LaRocque gave him the option of serving his sentence in either Waukesha or Walworth counties, according to Joy Staab, director of public affairs for the state Department of Probation and Parole.

Staab said Waukesha County authorities agreed to allow Cizauskas to serve the time at the Waukesha County Huber Facility, but he had to follow the rules of his supervision, which did not include use of social media.

Waukesha County terminated Cizauskas' stay here due to unauthorized use of social media, Staab said. Social media use on Twitter and Instagram in October was reported to his agent.

Cizauskas was sent back to Dane County around mid-November. An agreement was worked out, and Cizauskas was then transferred to Walworth County to serve his Huber term there.

Staab said the violation was reviewed, but authorities did not revoke his supervision based on what was presented.

"Ultimately, the goal is to help them rehabilitate and become law-abiding citizens," said Staab. "Whenever possible, we try to give them the opportunity to succeed.""
