Some of us older farts will remember him. He was an all state football recruit from Florida who was in the same class as Ron Dayne. He never really produced as a player for Becky and eventually transferred out to Western Illinois, the transfer choice in those days.
I was lounging around today and saw that he is the new head coach at Manatee High School in Bradenton, one of the oft-time Florida state champs. Furthermore, he has been a highly successful coach in the state for the last several years working at St. Petersburg Gibbs and Tallahassee Lincoln.
No significance to any of this, but I am happy to see that he is doing so well.
Also brought back memories of just how good that particular class was. Of course with Dayne and those OL, what else did we need?
