Still no concrete decision from Jack Nelson or Tanor Bortolini, I'm told. Nelson and his dad had a long meeting with Fickell a few days ago. Fickell is trying hard to get Nelson back. Assuming it's the same for Bortolini.

Right now, it would seem that both are leaning towards coming back. Grades from the NFL were not as strong as anticipated.
Both wanted to go to California and train right after Minnesota game and neither have gone yet. There is a Joe Panos influence/connection there.

I'll keep you posted if I hear anything else.

I was friends with Barry due to a chance meeting with him at a Badger steak fry at Lambeuau. I was territory manager at the time for a sausage company. I had a booth and Barry came back to me at the end and said. I heard you're from Green Bay, show me the bars to go to. We/I did and had a great time!. We actually stayed in contact for a long time. We would email about 3-4 times a week. He would actually tell me who they were after...to an extent. I remember when Mcoulagh (sp?) committed, he emailed me that he was super excited!
