BASKETBALL Badgers earn No. 5 seed in Big Ten Tournament

MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin men's basketball team has earned the No. 5 seed in the 2024 Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament and will play on Thursday at approximately 1:30 p.m. (CT) at the Target Center in Minneapolis.
The Badgers (19-12, 11-9 Big Ten) will face the winner between No. 12 seed Maryland and No. 13 seed Rutgers on Big Ten Network.
UW will make its 26th appearance in the Big Ten Tournament and its second as the No. 5 seed.
Wisconsin is seeking its fourth Big Ten Tournament championship, winning the title in 2004, 2008 and most recently in 2015.
All-session tickets for the 27th edition of the tournament are available for purchase at the Target Center box office or online at AXS.com. Single session tickets will go on sale Monday at 12 p.m. CT. All ticket purchases are subject to AXS and facility fees.
