With the new staffs first junior day coming up, I wonder what this groups recruiting style will be like. With the old staff, they seemed to take a more laid back approach and not put any pressure to commit on anyone, saying to take their time and let the process play out. Will the new staff and their energy translate to a different tactic? Will they pressure more for commitments? Thoughts?
