This team was not going to be successful regardless of who was the coach....Coach Fick and the media convinced us that we would be very good....however..the new system was going to be a challenge with players coming back...DL does not have NFL talent...LB does not have NFL talent...DB does not have NFL talent....hopefully wohler....OL doesn't have NFL talent....WR might have NFL talent (pauling) otherwise not...Mellusi is an NFL back but Allen is borderline...but they both got hurt....TE room got hurt and retired....people complain about the players quitting on the coaches....they certainly quit last year...if they quit this year that means they quit on two coaching staffs...maybe its a player problem...wohler basically threw the players under the bus today saying they aren't doing what the coaches are asking them to do....PC created a culture that lacked competition....longo cant implement his offense because of injuries and limitations with playmakers....thank god for the transfers...are they perfect? nope...but they are playing in front of the people who were here before....Coach Fick is creating a culture of competition for playing time....PC did have enough talent the last few year for competition to occur....
