• It seems like the position coaches are specifically recruiting the kids at their positions. Or at least the kids are tagging in tweets the position coach more than in the past. This seems like a bit of a departure.
• Obviously, they have a revamped recruiting department and are much more active in going after tons more guys. I'd like to know how they are sifting interest and prioritizing time spent with them and the coaches.
• Much larger and more "out there" social media presence creating more buzz.
